Bio:
Dr. Donghong Liu is the dean of Fuli Institute of Food Science at Zhejiang University, China. She is the vice president of China Canned Food Industry Association (CCFIA) and member of technical committee of Chinese Dairy Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. She is honored with “Ten Thousand people Plan” of science and technology innovation talents in China. In addition, she serves as the vice president of Non thermal Processing Committee at Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST). She has been Associate Editor of International Agricultural Engineering Journal (IAEJ) and editorial board member of four journals. Her current research interest includes on non-thermal food processing especially in ultrasound and plasma technology, dairy products safety and production control, the industrialization of traditional food and etc. In recent five years, she has presided 11 national scientific research projects and was awarded six provincial prizes of science and technology progress. She has been published more than 100 SCI papers and obtained 43 authorizations for patents.
