Bio: Dr. Barjinder Pal Kaur obtained her B.Tech (2006) in Agricultural Engineering and M.Tech (2009) in Processing and Food Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. She did her doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. From 2013-till now, she is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering at NIFTEM, India. Her areas of research interest include novel food processing, drying technology and food packaging. She has published several research papers in international peer reviewed journals, 2 books related to drying technology, three book chapters and filed 2 patents. She is serving as an editorial board member of e-journals and reviewer of various internationally renowned journals.
